An AI support agent for your SaaS, built and run for you.
Helpforge trains a custom support agent on your product: documentation, help center, API reference, changelog, pricing and FAQs. It answers your users in a widget that installs with one line. We build it, tune it with you, and host it. Completely done-for-you.
It reads your docs subdomain too, not just your marketing site, and links the exact page each answer comes from.
How do I stop bot traffic from inflating my analytics?
Turn on bot filtering in your site settings. Known bots and spiders are then excluded from your stats automatically. It applies going forward and does not rewrite past data. Bot filtering docs
My dashboard has shown no data since yesterday. What is wrong with my account?
I cannot see your account or live data, so I will not guess at an outage. Please check the status page, and I can pass this to the team with what you have described.
The questions your support queue is full of.
Most SaaS support is the same handful of setup, integration and policy questions, asked a hundred different ways. Your agent answers them from your own docs, instantly, so your engineers and support team only handle what actually needs a person.
Adding the snippet, verifying a domain, framework guides. The getting-started questions every trial user asks in their first hour, answered from your own install docs.
"How do I install the tracking script on a Next.js app?"Your API reference and integration guides, so a developer question gets a real answer with a link to the exact page, instead of a ticket and a day's wait.
"Is there a REST endpoint to export my data as JSON?"How pricing tiers, limits, trials and cancellation work, from your own pages. It explains the policy clearly; it never touches a specific account's billing.
"What happens to my data if I downgrade to the free plan?"GDPR, data residency, cookies, DPAs. The trust questions that decide an enterprise trial, answered straight from your privacy and security pages.
"Do you set cookies, and do I need a consent banner?"The fixes already written in your help center: common errors, misconfigurations, why something is not showing. Surfaced instantly instead of re-explained by hand.
"Why are my goals not converting in reports?"From your docs URL to a live agent, done for you.
No prompts to write, no ingestion pipeline to maintain, no dashboard to learn. You send us your product; we hand back a working agent.
We train it on your docs
We index your documentation, help center, API reference, changelog and marketing site, including a separate docs subdomain. Your agent answers only from that content, cites the page, and says so when it does not know.
You review a live demo
Before you pay anything, you test a working demo trained on your real docs. We tune the tone, the escalation rules and the answers with you until it sounds like your team.
One line, live in 48h
Add a single script tag to your app shell or your docs theme, or send your team our one-paragraph instructions. We host it, monitor it, and re-index as your docs and changelog change.
One line, before the closing body tag.
The widget is a single async script, so it loads after your app or docs and never blocks a page. We give you your workspace key when your agent is ready.
- Reads your docs subdomain as well as your marketing site
- Loads asynchronously, so it never blocks your app or docs
- Matches your brand: accent colour, position and greeting
- Full-screen on mobile, keyboard and screen-reader accessible
What it does, and what it deliberately does not.
A support agent that makes things up is worse than no agent, because an invented API parameter or a wrong billing answer burns a developer's afternoon and your credibility. Ours is built to know its limits.
It answers
- Questions your docs and help center already answer, in your wording
- With a link to the doc it drew the answer from, so a developer can verify it
- In the user's own language, detected automatically
It hands off
- Account-specific status: it will not guess why a dashboard is empty or a charge appeared; it points to your status page and offers the team
- Anything not in your docs: it says it is not sure instead of inventing an endpoint that does not exist
- Billing disputes, cancellations, a person: one tap to your inbox, carrying the conversation with it
One flat build fee, one monthly fee.
No per-conversation billing, no per-seat games. The monthly covers hosting, the AI usage of a typical product, monitoring, and re-indexing when your docs and changelog change.
Free demo on your real docs first. You only pay once you have tested it and want it live.
SaaS-specific questions.
Does it read our documentation site, not just our homepage?
Yes. We crawl your documentation and help center, including a separate docs subdomain like docs.yourcompany.com, alongside your marketing site. Developer and setup questions are answered from the actual guides, with a link to the page, and we re-index as your docs change.
Can it answer account-specific questions like why a user was charged?
No, and that is deliberate. The agent has no access to your billing system or an individual account, so it never guesses why a charge appeared or why a dashboard is empty. It answers the policy version from your pages, how billing and cancellation work, and hands the account-specific case to your team.
Does it show where each answer came from?
Yes. When the answer comes from a page, the agent shows a source link to that doc, so a user or a developer can open it and check. Anything it cannot ground in your content is refused rather than invented.
What about API and integration questions?
It answers from your API reference and integration guides if they are published, and cites the exact page. For something your docs do not cover, it says so and offers a handoff, rather than inventing an endpoint or a parameter that does not exist.
Does it reply in the visitor's own language?
Yes. It detects the language a user writes in and replies in it, with the same honesty rules, so a German or French setup question gets a grounded answer in that language instead of an English wall of text.
How is this different from a helpdesk AI add-on?
Those are tools you configure, feed and maintain yourself. Helpforge is done-for-you: we train the agent on your docs, tune it with you, host it and keep it current, so you get a finished agent rather than another dashboard for your team to run.
What does it cost, and is there a demo?
A flat $2,500 build fee and $400 per month for hosting, AI usage, monitoring and re-indexing. Before any of that, we build a free working demo on your real docs so you can test it. You only pay once you want it live, and you can cancel any time.
